I demonstrate high levels of competence and commitment as I work to achieve the results expected of me.  I make my contributions without complaining.  As I do my work, I keep my work place clean, neat, and organized.  I follow established protocols and submit ideas for improving them.  You can always rely on me to do my best in all that I do.
